WEAR COMFY SHOES
CrimeCon UK is split across two floors at the hotel. It’s jam-packed with over 70 hours of true crime content to choose from – and with 15 minutes to move between sessions, comfy shoes are recommended!

DISABILITY ACCESS
We will have a dedicated team member on hand to support any visitors with additional needs. If you would like to inform us of any needs you have in advance of the event, please email us on info@crimecon.co.uk.

BRING A BOTTLE OF WATER
To make sure you enjoy your time with us, it’s important to stay hydrated!

READ THE SCHEDULE
By familiarising yourself with the speakers, sessions, and locations, you can plan your visit in advance. Sessions cannot be pre-booked, so if there is something that you really want to see we advise that you get there early. You can find the full schedule here.

PREBOOK YOUR LUNCH
On arrival both days, you can pre-book your lunch with the host hotel (just like at the theatre!) so you can pack more into your day.

FLYING SOLO?
Don't worry! Lots of our guests are coming individually so there will be loads of opportunities to meet people at the event. We will be building into the schedule a solo networking event on Saturday morning for you to meet and buddy up with likeminded individuals, and our extended activities will be a great way to meet new friends.

AUTHOR SIGNINGS
Many of our guest authors will be hosting signings whist at the event – if you would like them to sign a book for you, feel free to bring a copy you already have or purchase a new copy on site.

BRING TISSUES
The things we cover often involve the worst day of someone’s life. Respect for victims, families, and law enforcement is always at the forefront of everything we do, and we are humbled that victims’ families will be sharing their stories with us at the event.

FRIDAY VISITORS, REGISTER ON FRIDAY
If you are arriving on Friday 24th, registration will be open from 3pm to 8pm. (Registration will also be open from 8am on Saturday 25th.) For ease, please bring a copy of your digital confirmation from See Tickets.

WEAR YOUR LANYARDS AT ALL TIMES
On arrival, report to the registration VIP desk where you will be issued with your CrimeCon lanyard which will act as your pass for the event. Please make sure you wear it at all times and that it is visible – remember, this is how you will gain access to the CrimeCon UK sessions, as well as giving you 20% off food at the host hotel.

BE A DETECTIVE
Keep an eye out for spontaneous and impromptu live activities happening across the weekend!

DON’T BE SHY
All the guest speakers and podcasters are eager to meet you, so make sure you say hello! Have a chat, take a selfie, and rub shoulders with your fellow true crime enthusiasts.

HAVE FUN!
The event has been designed for the true crime community to get together for the first time in the UK and enjoy themselves. Although we are dealing with sensitive topics, it is important to us that you have a good time at the event.

ASK US ANYTHING
We are here to ensure you have the best weekend, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Before the event, drop us an email at info@crimecon.co.uk, or speak to a team member on site (we’ll be in branded t-shirts so we will be easy to spot!)

STAY AT THE HOTEL
The official CrimeCon hotel is where all of the action takes place, it's those hallway selfies or bar conversations that make the weekend so special.  If you haven’t made a reservation yet, We urge you to stay with us to get the most out of your experience. CrimeCon room allocation is almost full.
