Stamp Out Spiking was founded by our CEO, Dawn Dines, and converted into a Registered Charity in May 2023 (no. 1203101).

Dawn has been campaigning against spiking for two decades and Stamp Out Spiking was founded with a mission to advance public knowledge about spiking, and to campaign for changes in the law to enable effective prosecution of spiking and support for victims.

Stamp Out Spiking’s passion and drive is fuelled by Dawn’s personal spiking experience and from thousands of victim disclosures.
