Paul Bethell

Former Detective

Paul Bethell was a career Detective and has spent 54 years in law enforcement, serving as CID and at every rank in Force Specialist Squads, right up to Detective Chief Inspector. He joined the South Wales Police in 1967 (previously known as Glamorgan Constabulary) as a Police Cadet. Paul continues to lecture for South Wales Police, as well as all UK law enforcement agencies (including the Garda Republic of Ireland).
