Hey, we're Marti and Effie friends living in Edinburgh and cohosts of Mums, Mysteries, and Murder, a true crime and mysteries podcast that started in 2021. 

Each month we take turns telling a story from our homelands - Marti covering stories from Australia and Effie from right here in Scotland. 

Effie loves a historical story but for Marti it's more about the glam rock 70's and above.

But here’s the thing – it’s not just about true crime and weird goings on (although, let’s be honest, there’s plenty of that). There's also a lot of chat about the glorious 90s, Marti's obsession with George Micheal, Effie's obsession with middle-aged people's cruise diaries (don't ask) and some Mum chat!
