Crime Reporter

Jane Hamilton has been an award-winning crime reporter for 25 years and there isn’t a national newspaper in Scotland she hasn’t written for, or a major crime story she hasn’t worked on. Jane left The Daily Record in 2022 after her second eight-year-stint as their crime reporter.

Her work has changed laws. She is now freelancing as a journalist,  broadcaster and author. Jane has appeared in many true crime documentaries including multiple episodes of Killer in My Family, Britain’s Most Evil Killers, David Wilson’s Crime Files, The Limbs in the Loch, Forensics: Catching The Killer and many more.
