Rachel joined FirstLookTV’s senior team last year, she’s leading a small team of development creatives to deliver market led pitches. In addition Rachel is managing a number of FirstLookTV’s  True Crime brands ensuring they're delivered on time and on budget. Already overseeing 110 hours of production for delivery in 2024/25 My Lover, My Killer for Netflix, Murder by Medic and A Killer’s Mistake are all currently in production.

Rachel is a Royal Television Society award winning journalist, producer, and executive producer, boasting a varied career trained by the BBC. With a background in journalism, she has contributed to renowned BBC brands such as News, Crimewatch, Coast, and Panorama. Her impressive portfolio includes delivering several network series like Helicopter Heroes, Nation on Film, and A Life of Grime, showcasing her ability to produce impactful factual content.

Having navigated daily news teams through the most challenging periods, including the COVID-19 pandemic, royal deaths and political turmoil. Returning to long form storytelling at FirstLookTV plays to her thirty years of editorial experience.
