Inside Justice - Head of Case Work

Nora is highly experienced and passionate about Inside Justice’s work. She has spent over 30 years in law enforcement, including 18 years in senior management roles for Thames Valley Police with 10 as Detective Superintendent, Head of Intelligence.

Along the way she has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the President of the Police Superintendents’ Association for England and Wales. Nora is also Chair of a charity supporting the re-integration of prisoners into society and is an accredited Leadership Coach.
