READ THE SCHEDULE

By familiarising yourself with the speakers, sessions, and locations, you can plan your visit in advance. Sessions cannot be pre-booked, so if there is something that you really want to see we advise that you get there early. You can find the full schedule here.

We have created an at a glance schedule, this can be downloaded and printed off at home and you can tick your ‘must sees’. These will also be available onsite when you arrive.

There are two exceptions that must be pre booked:

Interviewing techniques

Please request a case file from info@crimecon.co.uk as this will need pre planning and best done in a pair. If you are flying solo, we can partner you with someone.

Analyse a crime scene

This must be booked on site. Registration opens for VIPs from Friday at 3pm and all other guests at 11am on Saturday. Go to booking desk Level – 1.

DO NOT MISS THE WELCOME AT 9:45AM IN EXHIBIT A

WEAR COMFY SHOES

CrimeCon UK is split across various floors at the hotel. It’s jam-packed with over 70 hours of true crime content to choose from – and with 15 minutes to move between sessions, comfy shoes are recommended!

USE THE STAIRS

Leave the lifts for those that need it more than you, if you are able bodied, please uses the stairs as we have many wheelchair users and we want them not to be delayed for their next session.

IMPAIRED ACCESS/ SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

We will have a dedicated team member on hand to support any visitors with additional needs. If you would like to inform us of any requirements you have in advance of the event, please email us on info@crimecon.co.uk, we will help you plan your day. The more we know ahead of the day the better we can assist your needs – Not all disabilities are visible, just talk to us in confidence and we will assist. We have dedicated sessions for CSI experience for disabled access for ease as well as quieter smaller group sessions.

KEEP HYDRATED

FLYING SOLO?

Don't worry! Lots of our guests are coming individually so there will be loads of opportunities to meet people at the event. We will be building into the schedule a solo networking event on Saturday morning 9am at the book signing room Level -2 for you to meet and buddy up with likeminded individuals, and our extended activities will be a great way to meet new friends.

AUTHOR SIGNINGS

Many of our guest authors will be hosting signings whist at the event – if you would like them to sign a book for you, feel free to bring a copy you already have or purchase a new copy on site at the Book shop.

BRING TISSUES

The things we cover often involve the worst day of someone’s life. Respect for victims, families, and law enforcement is always at the forefront of everything we do, and we are humbled that victims’ families will be sharing their stories with us at the event.
